A weight lifting program for building muscle and general strength. 3 different splits depending on your preference. A 4 day program and two 5 day programs. One 5 day splits legs into quads and hamstrings, the other one splits arms between back and shoulders. The week's program will be changed at the beginning of each month to utilize different combinations, super sets, rep schemes, etc.
