A new landmine and a weighted vest!!

I ordered a new landmine pivot for the back room plus another of those v handles many of us like to use that can stay in the back with it.


PLUS I have ordered a weighted vest. It can go up to 44lb. If it works out I will look into getting another one that can go even heavier.

Blood Iron has a Power Squat!!

Power squat, V Squat, that hack squat you can face in or out, whatever you call it. It finally came in!! I have been sick this week, took me a while to start unpacking it. But it will stay in the back
