Rules for the
3-Man Team Event
-
The team can be made of just men, just women, or a mix
-
One lifter per lift (they take all 3 attempts)
-
A lifter cannot perform more than one of the lifts
-
If one lifter is equipped the entire team is equipped
-
If one lifter is "pro" the entire team is "pro"
-
There will be light weight (L) and heavy weight (H)
-
For females, L = up to and including 165, H = anything above
-
For males, L = up to and including 198. H = anything above
-
The team will be L if 2 or more lifters are L, the team will be H if 2 or more lifters are H
-

Each lifter will have the Schwartz/Malone coefficient applied to their lifted number. These coefficient numbers will be summed to get the biggest total​
-
For the purpose of records, every lifter is treated as a single lift lifter. All regular age and pro/am status's apply

For the purpose of competition ONLY there is only Youth, Open and Master age divisions
-
Youth = up to and including 15​
-
Master = over 45
-
For a team to be considered Youth or Master, all 3 lifters need to be the same age division. Otherwise the team will be considered open.
