Rules for the 

3-Man Team Event

  1. The team can be made of just men, just women, or a mix
  2. One lifter per lift (they take all 3 attempts)
  3. A lifter cannot perform more than one of the lifts
  4. If one lifter is equipped the entire team is equipped
  5. If one lifter is "pro" the entire team is "pro"
  6. There will be light weight (L) and heavy weight (H)
    1. For females, L = up to and including 165, H = anything above
    2. For males, L = up to and including 198. H = anything above
    3. The team will be L if 2 or more lifters are L, the team will be H if 2 or more lifters are H
  7. Each lifter will have the Schwartz/Malone coefficient applied to their lifted number. These coefficient numbers will be summed to get the biggest total​
  8. For the purpose of records, every lifter is treated as a single lift lifter. All regular age and pro/am status's apply
  9. For the purpose of competition ONLY there is only Youth, Open and Master age divisions
    1. Youth = up to and including 15​
    2. Master = over 45
    3. For a team to be considered Youth or Master, all 3 lifters need to be the same age division. Otherwise the team will be considered open.
